REGISTRATION UNDER MANAGEMENT QUOTA

(a) Applications for Registration for admission to the Management Quota for the above course can be submitted in the prescribed form available from the College Office on payment of Rs.500/- or DOWNLOADABLE from our website. (b)The duly filled Registration forms shall be send to the Principal, Bhavan’s N.A.Palkhivala Academy for Advanced Legal Studies and Research, [Bhavan’s PALSAR], P.B.No.8, Ramanattukara (P.O), Kozhikode, Kerala , 673633. The Downloaded Registration forms shall be accompanied by a DD for Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only) in favour of Bhavan’s PALSAR towards Application fee, drawn on SBI / SBT / PNB / SMGB / CANARA BANK and payable at Ramanattukara.

(c)The Applications shall be accompanied by the self attested Photostat copies of relevant Mark lists of the qualifying examination.

Applications without the payment of application fee of Rs.500/- (by cash in Office or by DD) will be rejected.

If selection of Govt. quota students are belated, Introductory and enrichment classes to improve special skills for students under Management quota will commence earlier.

ELIGIBILITY:

Nativity: Candidate should be an Indian Citizen. Certificate from a Village Officer or a competent authority to show that the candidate is a native of any State or Union Territory of India should be furnished in the prescribed format along with the application.

Academic: 
(a)Candidate should have passed the Higher Secondary Examination of the Board of Higher Secondary Education, Kerala or any other examination recognized by the Universities in Kerala as equivalent thereto.
(b)A candidate who has passed an examination in 10+2 Course of schooling recognized by the educational authority of the Central or State Government or possesses such academic qualifications which are considered equivalent to such 10+2 course by the Bar Council of India can also apply for admission to the course.
(c)Candidates who are appearing/ appeared for the qualifying examination are also eligible to apply for the Entrance Examination. Such candidates become eligible for admission only if they produce the Pass Certificate and Mark List of the qualifying examination at the time of admission.
(d)No candidate shall be admitted to the Course, unless he/she has passed the qualifying examination with a minimum of 45% marks. However, candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes need only 40% marks in the qualifying examination.

Age: Candidate should not be more than 20 yrs in case of general category of applicants and more than 22 yrs in case of applicants from SC, ST and other Backward communities.
